The Briefing Memo from The Venture Dept. — April 2026

April 2026: Valinor was featured in Fortune for its $25M seed round, with TVD, Castle Island, Susquehanna, Maven 11, and the Terrawulf founders participating, highlighting its work bringing institutional credit onchain. Superstate had a busy month: it launched FundOS, an operating system letting traditional asset managers tokenize private funds, mutual funds, and ETFs without rebuilding existing infrastructure; brought tokenized Galaxy shares to Solana, the first NASDAQ-listed public equity tokenized directly on a major public chain; and partnered with Invesco, which will take over management of Superstate's tokenized Treasury fund USTB, now with nearly $1B in AUM. Predicate launched Asset Compliance, an automated, institutional-ready compliance product for RWAs and stablecoins, and founder Nikhil Rahuveera presented on programmable policy at the EY Global Blockchain Summit.

Matt and Jon also spent time in DC meeting with builders, advisors, and government colleagues on how stablecoins are reshaping the dollar, and plan to continue visiting the District on a semi-regular basis.
